Job Description
Provide final, organized copy of all patients' medical record.
- Transcription of Medical Reports, Discharge Summary, Reports Operation and catheterization reports dictated by the medical staff.
- Type the handwritten reports done by the doctors.
- Type all prioritized urgent reports.
- Type miscellaneous reports from the doctors.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information as per Policies and Procedures.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff and allied personnel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of medicine. Knowledge of a variety of basic secretarial functions, including the preparation of medical reports and summaries and professional manuscripts.Good English Grammar and composition know-how.Good knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, surgical procedures for all surgical specialties.
