Job Description
- Ensures that the Injection lines under their responsibility are running continuously at the established level of efficiency and effectiveness;
- Responsible for meeting the production plans in a timely and effective manner.
- Responsible for conducting preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Be required to minimise downtime, set-up time and waste through timely interventions on process
adjustments and repairs.
- Improve line efficiency and effectiveness by supporting the implementation of improvements and
modifications to maximise Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree or equivalent technical knowledge coupled with experience.
• Demonstrated previous experience in working in a similar role.
• Having a good knowledge of electrics, electronics and pneumatics.
• Must be ready to work on a three-shift basis.
• Ability to priorities and complete work assignments by specific deadlines.
• Organized and meticulous approach to work demonstrating excellent team playing skills.
• Personal qualities of drive, energy and enthusiasm.
• Initiative to propose and implement new ideas.
