Job Description
- Handle routine and advanced correspondence that include letters, memoranda and transcribes documents.
- Manage importation process .
- Prepare all maintenance reports.
- Issue monthly maintenance invoices.
- Prepare the suppliers’ contracts for the purchasing department.
- Prepare all client’s contracts .
- Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by my Manager.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Degree in business administration or relative field.
