Job Description

  • Handle routine and advanced correspondence that include letters, memoranda and transcribes documents.
  • Manage importation process .
  • Prepare all maintenance reports.
  • Issue monthly maintenance invoices. 
  • Prepare the suppliers’ contracts for the purchasing department. 
  • Prepare all client’s contracts .
  • Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments. 
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by my Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Degree in business administration or relative field.
