Job Description
- Assists with managing various production activities (e.g., assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc.)
- Assist in monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
- Liaising with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, etc. as input to developing production schedules and allocating labor/capital resources.
- Coordinate in the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
- Drawing up production schedules.
- Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Participate in Analysing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
- Obtaining any materials and equipment required
Job Requirements
- Education: Applied Arts Ceramic Section
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
