- Job Summary:
Collecting all voice of customer and report it to the hospital management. - Responsibilities & Duties:
- Addressing all patients concerns and complaints.
- Collecting the patient feedback through the IPD discharge surveys.
- Collecting the patient feedback through OUT patient surveys.
- In charge of doing the post discharge curtesy calls.
- Oversee all high profile patients requirement during a daily round.
- Collaborate with other service providers for fulfill the patients’ requirements.
Job Requirements
- Education: University degree relevant to the job.
- Certification: Guest relations essential skills - Problem Solving - Communication skills - Working under pressure.
- Skills:
- Have the ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization.
- The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships and work as part of a team.
- Team leader
- Preferred to have excellent knowledge of Computer Office.
- Microsoft Office (Word – Excel ).
- Good Knowledge of English Language (Writing – Speaking - Listening).
