Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee our accounting department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Food and Beverage industry and be proficient with the LS-356 program. This role involves managing the financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Implement and maintain accounting systems and controls.
- Coordinate audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Train and mentor accounting staff.
- Utilize LS-356 program for financial tracking, reporting, and analysis.
Job Requirements
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

- Proficiency in the LS-356 program is required &F&B Experience .
