Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista Training Manager located in Al Giza, Egypt with Juan Valdez EG. The Barista Training Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing training programs for new and existing baristas.
- Ensuring that all employees are knowledgeable about the coffee-making process and Juan Valdez's standards.
- Daily tasks include conducting hands-on training sessions, monitoring the progress of trainees, providing feedback, and updating training materials as needed.
- The role also involves coordinating with store managers to assess training needs and maintaining a high level of customer service and quality in all coffee preparation processes.
Job Requirements
- Experience in barista training and coffee preparation techniques
- Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and equipment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and update training materials and programs
- Organizational and team-leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Al Giza , Egypt
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the coffee industry is a plus
