Job Description
● Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
● Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
● Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and documented.
● Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
● Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
● Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international accounting standards and regulations.
● Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and implement recommendations as needed.
● Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and statements.
● Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and recommend process improvements.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives and financial planning.
Job Requirements
- ● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ● 3-5 years of proven experience in an accounting role.
- ● Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- ● Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ● Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in preparing financial documents.
- ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- ● Strong organizational and time management skills.
- ● Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- ● Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is a plus.
