Job Description
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
- Identify and establish new business opportunities and partnerships with elevator service companies, suppliers, and real estate developers.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close agreements that support the company’s growth strategy.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and clients.
- Develop and implement strategies that expand the company’s market presence and revenue streams.
- Provide strategic direction and commercial insight to support the company’s leadership team.
- Help to Plan and modify products to meet customer needs

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales or commercial management.
- Strong network of connections with target entities in the elevators or real estate sector.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
