Job Description
- Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces aligned with business and user needs.
- Translate business requirements and user research into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs into applications.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience.
- Ensure designs comply with security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups and weekly review meetings.
- Stay updated on best practices, design trends, and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 5–10 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design feasibility.
- Experience working with developers to implement designs in C#, ASP.Net, Java environments.
- Knowledge of security considerations and compliance standards in design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to participate in daily/weekly ceremonies.
