Job Description
- Development short and long term goals for pharmaceutical department
- Communicate strategy and objectives for pharmaceutical departments to all staff members
- Ensure that targets and tasks distributed on each BU pharmacy manager and to be cascaded to subordinates
- Review weakly and monthly financial statistics within budget guidelines
- Ensure compliance with national and board pharmacy rules
- Overseas operations of pharmaceutical units on regular basis
- Coordinator with clinical governance in all intersecting issued and integrated the agreed corrective action
Innovation process:
- Initiate new services and projects
- Use change management skills to help medical staff to change health care environment
- Participate in the activities of community marketing when needed
- Participate in pharmaceutical committees in BUs
- Ensure medication accuracy in being adhered by all pharmacy staff to avoid any mislabeled or error
- Ensure clinical and civas services are performed with the proper criteria
- Collaborate with medical staff to maintain productivity and effectiveness
- Overseas pharmacy leakage over BUs
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree of Pharmaceutical Sciences from accredited university.
- Experience:8 years combined experience in pharmacy chains& hospital pharmacies.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managerial position.
- clinical pharmacy certification
