Job Description

General goal of the job  

  • Directing and managing all administrative aspects of the stores, and ensuring the efficiency of daily operations, including store appearance and movement Entry and exit of merchandise, customer service, security and safety procedures inside the stores.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • He sets standards and indicators for measuring the performance of stores jointly with the heads of the sectors of commodity groups, and follows up the performance of Stores to ensure that the set goals are achieved, and reviews and approves statistical reports submitted by branch managers, which are Reflect actual performance against established standards.
  • He prepares the stores' budgets (including indirect/sales expenses), and directs all management activities Under the approved budget and monitors any deviations.
  • He sets the policies and procedures for work inside the stores, and ensures that they are applied and unified on a permanent basis level of all branches.
  • Ensures the smooth running of operations inside the stores, including the processes of receiving stock, selling and providing products and services customers and cash collection.
  • Ensures that the best service is provided to customers inside the stores, and responds to customer requirements and complaints.
  • Ensures that the sales team within the sales adhere to the administrative rules for working in the stores.
  • Reviews periodic reports submitted by all its stores, and provides data and statistics to support senior management in the planning and decision-making process.
  • Conducts performance appraisal sessions for his direct subordinates, and ensures that the performance appraisal process is carried out on time and efficiently and objective in accordance with the existing rules and regulations in the company, and coordinates them with the Human Resources Department.
  • Determines the training needs of his subordinates, proposes appropriate training programs, and ensures the implementation of the programs and the evaluation of their results In coordination with the Human Resources Department

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 15-20 years of experience in a similar relevant job.
