Job Description
- Share the review & evaluation of Str. IFC design packages intended for constructability and integrity.
- Review Contractors submitted technical submittals related to Str. scope of works and coordinate with other disciplines Sr. Engineers.
- Create tracing log for latest design changes and RFIs replies that affect the IFC package.
- Lead and guide the site team and follow-up their work activities.
- Observe, Inspect & approve contractors' site activities submittals including but not limited to; inspection requests, MIRs …. etc.
- Coordinate with Contractors’ technical team to ensure the construction is running efficiently according to approved submittals.
- Coordinate with other trades engineers for integrity of replies for engineering submittals & site construction activities.
- Inspection Contractors’ site activities & compare the compliance with Contract specifications.
- Issue snag lists and follow-up further rectification.
Job Requirements
- Consultant background is a MUST.
- 10+ years of experience.
