Job Description
- Creates and processes customer’s sales orders with accuracy and timeliness according to department policies and procedures
- Supports sales departments , customers and partners with using our products and services
- Produces and manage sales-related reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, service questions and general client concerns.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven work experience as Customer services specialist
- Proven work experience in manufacturing sector or finished products
- Excellent communication skills
- very good command of English
- Very good user of Microsoft office programs
