Job Description
- Supervising the manufacturing process, ensuring quality work is done in safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor the productivity of staff, materials, and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Plan and organize preventive maintenance.
- Reporting downtime and machines KPI’s.
- Supervise any outsourced mechanical or electrical work done inside.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Uphold all health and safety procedures.
- Complete cooperation with the quality control department to maximize product quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of working on production Engineer or other similar position.
- Knowledge of basics mechanical and electrical principles and equipment operation.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office.
- Strong leadership abilities.
