Job Description
- Supervise and motivate retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence
- Monitor sales trends and develop strategies to maximize sales
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Ensure store policies and procedures are being followed
- utilize agreed retail systems to manage the retail functions, analysis, and documenting
- direct the development of plans for operations to include management to achieve targets

- support to all other departments with any related issues

Job Requirements
Academic & professional qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience:
• 5-7 years of experience as a Retail Operation Manager, with 3 years in Classic Suits or International brands.
• Knowledge of international market changes, legislations, consumer behavior patterns, and participating in trade shows worldwide. · Building materials background is preferred.
• In-depth Knowledge of customs regulations.
Skills and Abilities:
• Commercial Business acumen
• Excellent Communication skills with Professional relationships
• Passionate and flexible to travel long distances.
