Job Description
- • Maintains excellent knowledge of Etisalat products and services in comparison to competition to satisfy corporate accounts’ needs.
- • Achieving his monthly/quarterly and annual objectives in terms of GA’s, Net Adds, New accounts, revenue, product mix, solution, connectivity and according the segment KPIs.
- • Maintain the required quality ratio 95% on a monthly basis with Zero fraud cases and complaints.
- • Focusing on product mix, MNP, Revenue and high-end.
- • Penetrating Solutions & connectivity in acquired accounts through solid/organized pipeline.
- • Maintain an excellent relationship with the existing accounts portfolio to ensure the required customer experience including regular visits till being handed over.
- • Conducting the needed/required number of visit and provide the relevant report to sales supervisor/direct manager.
- • Interacts proactively with all concerned internal parties to ensure a smooth and efficient processing and delivery of customers’ requirements and keep proper feedback for Sales Supervisor/senior supervisor.
- • Prepares necessary reports with key achievements and segment’s updates to highlight business opportunities.
- • Develop Sales forecasts / pipelines, reviews and action plans based on analysis of actual results versus forecasts to highlight work progress.
- • Increase SME customers’ base (market share) and explore potential business opportunities vertically & horizontally, to increase subs base & revenues.
- • Closing profitable deals on a monthly basis. Full adherence to the current/futuristic Process, Policies, Values, dress code, code of conduct, ..etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business or relevant degree.
- Good English.
- MS skills.
- Sales background; minimum 3 years experience in sales field.
- Preferred to have telecommunication background
