Qualifications

• Pharmacist,Veterinary medicine, Or Science (Medical Background  is a must)
• one year  related experience / or Assignment
• Leadership ability and strong communication skills

Job Requirements 

• Responsible for managing sales team to achieve/ exceed  assigned company sales objectives
• Identifies business opportunities where the company can set and update sales strategy
• Train and develop sales team to achieve optimum  execution for sales strategy
• conducting sales force evaluation and suggesting improvement as required
• monitoring market trends , competitors activities and customer needs and strong ability to interpret data
• Building and maintaining strong relationship with KOLs and major stakeholders
• ability to create culture of achievement in his team
