Job Description

·Implement HSE procedures and recommendations

·Prepare monthly COCO Payroll

· Hiring and resignation process (update database, manage related communication with the stations and follow up on TB daily reports)

·Signing leaver check list for COCO after checking if there is any open balance and that they delivered all their belongings.

· Manage related reports on medical addition and deletions

·Follow up and monitor active head count versus budget’s headcount for COCO staff

·Managing all medical and approval requests from COCO employees and making sure they receive their medication well.

·Manage daily requests such as (HR letters/ Warning letters/ Social insurance requests/ Medical cases)

· Manage to provide the documents related to legal inspection and labor office cases

· Loans and advances report follow up

·Fulfill the check list for any new hired or resigned employee (creation and deletion forms/ IT form/ Meal and access cards…etc.)

·Make sure that our SLA with our service providers is implemented.

·Manage and updated monthly HR organization chart and Employees database

·Responsible for the revision of the medical invoices 

·Make sure that the expenses provided by the outsourced employees are correct and respect the policy.

· Revise monthly COCO HC confirmation

·Revise monthly overtime

·Manage monthly reports like VCS and HSEQ reports.

·Managing summer trainees (contract and meal cards)

· Receiving and distributing new payroll cards

Regular archiving for all related to outsourced files

· Ensuring that we have finalized all missing and expired documents for the new hired employees in order not to hold their salaries

·Random audit on COCO stations

·Follow up weekly on the attendance report.

·Weekly follow up for the working from home report

Job Requirements

·Bachelor’s degree preferably law

·1-2 years of experience 

·Very Good level of English

·Hard worker/ high level of commitment and concentration.
