Job Description
Senior property consultant , you will be responsible for providing consultant services in real estate, communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, and making sales.
- Communication with the customer and his basic understanding
- Follow up contact with customers and relations with them
- Understanding real estate terminology and knowing the best companies that give their real estate name
- Work with clients continues until the contract is concluded.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred especially the north coast and sokhna and new zayed areas is a must.
- MS Office familiarity
- Bachelors degree.
