Job Description
- Technical deep knowledge & experience in SQL Server, Performance investigation, SSRS reports. X++ programming language, Visual studio .
- Microsoft AX Retail and Logistics, Finance & Operations, Projects, and Service Management knowledge.
- Managing all BA related projects from initiations to closure.
- Managing ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics, AX and others)
- Perform Systems and business analysis to support business life cycles and related improvement. Develop related documentation related to business process models. Occasionally, propose Business Process Re-engineering and develop related
- Manage and develop consolidation among different companies under the corporate umbrella.
- Manage and develop new modules, reports, views, queries, integration among internal ERP modules and integration with external heterogeneous supporting systems.
- Lead ERP and application development lifecycle and quality improvement. Perform necessary application testing, develop related tools and techniques to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Manage, develop and administrate Databases such as MS SQL.
- Supervise the Intranet application team (functional and technical) and coordinate with other IT sections.
- Liaison communication between ERP / Application vendors and internal users.
- Provide, manage and lead training to technical personnel, super-users and end-users as necessary. Develop users’ manuals in both languages English and Arabic in different formats.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience of IT Application manager and five years of experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365/AX solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree - Business, Accounting, information Systems, Software Engineering Computer Science or related field.
- At least one full implementation cycle of Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 Experience.
Must be knowledgeable with multiple versions of AX.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 strong knowledge and experience is essential. - Microsoft AX Manufacturing/Production knowledge would be a distinct advantage
- Must have a logical mindset and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Must be a Subject Matter Expert in at least one of the core modules.
- Very good skills in working with Microsoft 365 Tools and Applications e.g. SharePoint,
- Experience in Dynamics Operations and at least basic knowledge of Customization and Development of MS-D365
- Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 Techno-Functional Specialist
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise applications.
- Practical experience establishing Development procedures, processes and toolsets.
- Strong experience reporting on project status and managing risks.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain IT concepts and technologies to business stakeholders and business concepts to technical team members.
- Strong experience collaborating with business stakeholders and co-designing solutions.

- Proficient in the installation of Dynamics 365 in On-premise environments In-depth functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 apps and third-party technologies Certification in one of MS D-365 Core Modules preferred finance.
