Job Description
- Monitor the Group’s loan portfolio and facilities, ensuring that: all payments and drawdowns are completed in a timely manner, on-going requirements of the bond are met, and information and covenants are complied with according to legal agreements.
- Regularly review treasury policies & procedures, ensuring that they are implemented through tight operational practices and systems of work.
- Responsible for the accuracy, completeness and reconciliation of all financial information processed within the Treasury team, ensuring the integrity of financial data and monitoring the reconciliation of bank and loan accounts.
- Produce treasury reports for Finance Committee and the Board.
- Take prime responsibility for lender and consultant relationships at the operational level.
- Analyze and implement financial/accounting implications of changes in standard accounting practice.
- Advise management on the liquidity aspects of short- and long-term planning.
- Daily review of the Group’s Net Financial Position, considering near-term debt maturities and making.
- Manage a team of financial professionals, including treasury analysts and cash management specialists, to delegating tasks to provide guidance and support, and evaluate team performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting from a reputable university.
- 10+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Advanced degree in accounting CPA or CMA preferred
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedure
- Experience with creating financial statements
- SAP or ERP user is a must.
- Prior experience in multinational and family business companies is a plus.
