Job Description

  • Bringing and updating quotations from new and existing suppliers and making the required comparison tables.
  • Conducting field visits to maintain strong partnership relationships with suppliers.
  • Continuous follow-up of purchase prices to keep the cost of purchases from increasing while maintaining the required quality of production.
  • Regularly updating the suppliers' register and finding more than one alternative/supplier for the various procurement processes.
  • Issuing supply orders after consulting the purchasing manager
  • Follow up on all deliveries.
  • Follow up the balances of production raw materials and various spare parts with the warehouse management to ensure the availability of the minimum required of them on a regular basis to ensure that production does not stop.
  • Reviewing purchase orders to participate in the preparation of the procurement plan according to the target production plan.
  • Negotiate with different suppliers to obtain suitable payment terms.
  • Prepare the required periodic reports
  • Follow-up and work the required documentary cycle for purchases, whether on the procurement program or with the finance department.
  • Follow up the balances of suppliers with the financial management of the company and suppliers.
  • Evaluate the suppliers that deal with them.
  • Suggesting improvement measures that would improve the performance of the work in its management.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a university graduate/ Bachelor of Commerce preferred.
  • 2- 3 years of experience in raw materials procurement / spare parts and maintenance / industrial field and metal facilities are preferred.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft (Excel / PowerPoint / Word) and Outlook
  • Effective communication and information delivery.
  • Working under pressure to work to accomplish more than one job at work in one without confusion.
  • Skills of dealing and dealing with service professionally
  • Holds a driver's license.
  • Very good in the English language.
  • all requirements must be met, any other criteria will be neglected.
