Job Description
• Analyze revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on monthly basis
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules on quarterly basis
• Assist with analyzing financial statements on quarterly basis
• Review and recommend modifications to the accounting system and procedures
• Prepare & review the quarter and annual budget reports
• Follow up on Budget (actual vs. planned)
• Manage liquidity, cash flow, bank transactions & transfers
• Review accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations
• Maintain and monitor the fixed assets system & depreciation
• Prepare tax reports (WHT, VAT, Payroll)
• Close books at year end upon completion of the annual audit
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3-6 years of experience as General Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written)
• Excellent communications & presentation skills
• Experience in working on ERP system (QuickBooks) is a plus
• Postgraduate studies (IFRS or related Accounting certificates) are preferred
