In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centered experiences and craft clear, concise, and engaging microcopy that enhances usability and accessibility for web and mobile applications.

Job Requirements
UX Design & Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, and other designers) to create user-centered designs.
- Assist in designing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications.
- Help maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
UX Writing
- Write clear, concise, and user-friendly microcopy and interface text to enhance usability and accessibility.
- Ensure the tone and language align with user needs and organizational goals.
User Research & Testing
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Analyze feedback to continuously improve designs and user experiences.
Continuous Learning
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and UX writing.
- Share knowledge and insights to support team growth and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in UX design or a related field (internships and personal projects count!).
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Strong UX writing skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and user empathy (American English).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
- A portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and examples of UX writing.

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development principles (bonus).
