Job Description
- Set daily meeting with the team.
- Deliver weekly skills training.
- Encourage the team to achieve their target.
- Make sure the team looks presentable.
- Full awareness of all projects.
- Attend all visits with the sales team.
- Support the team to close their deals and sign new contracts.
- Follow up and audit on open cases.
- Fill the required daily, weekly, monthly reports.
- Encourage the team to manage their time and achieve sales target before the deadline.
- Motivates himself and the team members to do more progress and get promoted
Job Requirements
- Based in Cairo
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering oil & gas / Electrical Power
- At least 3 year of experience in the same position as a Sales Manager/Team Leader with Team/Department management responsibilities.
