Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team and contribute to the growth of our card machine services. The Sales Agent will be responsible for calling existing clients, upselling card machines, and maintaining a detailed record of leads. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to effectively persuade clients to adopt our card machine solutions.

Lead Assignment:

Receive assigned leads from the team manager.
Prioritize and organize leads based on potential and relevance.
 

Client Outreach:

Contact existing clients via phone to introduce and promote card machine services.
Clearly articulate the benefits of our card machines and address any client concerns.
Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
 

Lead Tracking:

Maintain a detailed and organized record of all leads, interactions, and outcomes.
Update the CRM system regularly to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Provide regular progress reports to the team manager.
 

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Conduct research on client businesses to tailor sales pitches and address specific needs.
 

Cancellation Management:

Identify and address client concerns promptly to prevent cancellations.
Conduct follow-up calls with clients expressing disinterest to understand concerns and attempt to retain their business.
Update records with cancellation reasons and feedback for improvement.
 

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate technical aspects of card machine services.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements

  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent required.
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
     

    Experience:

    Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
    Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and goals.
    Experience in upselling and cross-selling products or services.
     

    Skills:

    Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner.
    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
    Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
    Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
    Good organizational and time management skills.
