About the role:
Medical Departures’ Sales agents are responsible for helping patients book their dental appointments at our global clinics via www.dentaldepartures.com. Work duties to be carried out remotely in the coordinator's home or work space. Sales agents (Patient coordinators) are available via phone, WhatsApp, live chat, social media and email to assist Dental Departure patients with every aspect of planning and coordinating their global dental care.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Convert hot inbound leads received by phone, chat, email and other communication channels into appointments.
- Make outbound sales calls (cold calls) through phone/WhatsApp for warm, cold leads from 1,3,6,12 months prior to convert into appointments
- Make outbound sales calls (VIP calls) through phone/WhatsApp to remind patients of their pending appointments (1 week, 3 days, the day before appointment date)
- Make outbound sales calls (VIP calls) through phone/WhatsApp to follow-up with who attended their appointments to see how they are doing and book follow-up appointments (1 week, 3 days, the day after the appointment date)
- Meet and beat daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Accurately document, tag, create follow-up tasks every interaction with prospects and patients into a CRM tool
- Follow-up with tasks by meeting/beating established SLAs
- Work within the agreed shift schedule. (Available to work on weekends.. if required)
- Answer phone, WhatsApp, email, social media inbound enquiries according to established SLAs
- Actively listen to patients' needs and recommend the right clinic and or promotion to help patients save money and achieve their medical or dental goals.
- Attend weekly 1-on-1s, team meetings and training and coaching sessions as required.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUIRED:
- Attend regular team meetings.
- Communicate with team members via phone, web conference and e-mail
- Preventing unsound or unethical business practices.
- Submitting timely expense reports for reimbursements and completing other tasks and reports in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Support the achievement of the Medical Departures Inc.’s sales and revenue objectives.
- Help build the world’s largest global medical marketplace.
Job Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years Sales experience.
- 2+ years Cold calling experience (Outbound call is must)
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) need-2-have*
- Ability to handle high volume of email, phone, chat, social media traffic simultaneously (leads & prospects) ● Experience meeting or beating sales targets
- Proven experience being in the ‘top tier’ of sales performance at your previous employers
- Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written) *nice-2-have*
- Extensive technical experience with: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams Chat) or Google Business suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Drive), CRM (Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Freshworks), phones (Twilio, RingCentral, Dialpad, CallTrackingMetrics, tollfreeforwarding) , chat (LiveChat, Olark,
- Familiarity & knowledge of dental or medical procedures *nice-2-have*
- Excellent listening and writing skills
- > 40+ WPM typing ability
- Travel savvy - international travel experience *nice-2-have*
- Experience tracking and maintaining a sales funnel through CRM (Zoho) and other tools.
- Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment with good time management.
- Weekend availability, according to shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off)
