Job Description
Trainers are responsible for the ongoing training that makes advisors better equipped to deal with the day-to-day functions of their job. Continuous assessment and training of advisors’ knowledge on current and new protocols.
Tasks, Duties, Responsibilities |
- Theory and hands on training for products and treatments with their related equipment in accordance to set protocols and based on each hire’s position (advisor or session maker); explain scientific and therapeutic benefits.
- Conduct written tests for new hires to ensure full theoretical understanding and hands-on tests on treatments to ensure standardization in services provided.
- Assess training need for current staff and perform training for enhanced skills.
- Develop a comprehensive training manual for all protocols, products and treatments offered at Bioskinspa.
- Coordinate with HR department for new hires trainings and update them on the result of the evaluation in order to make a clear decision. Also, send biannual assessment on the training requirements for current staff.
- Work closely with Research & Development Department in protocol writing.
- Launch new services by demonstrating the steps, benefits, and beneficiaries, and prepare its related procedure manual along with the presentation.
- Continuously researching new ways and methods to deliver an interactive training while checking trends and developments for best practices.
- Perform sales training in coordination with the Sales Manager and evaluation.
- Prepare yearly Departmental Quality Objectives and follow their implementation.
- Set training target and work on achieving it.
- Actively seek to attend all company’s meetings, trainings, workshops and events.
- Understand and abide by the company’s Internal Rules and Regulations (IRR).
- Follow all Operating Procedures.
Job Requirements
1. Education: BS in Physiotherapy
2. Experience: 1 to 3 Years in similar position
3. Computer Skills: MS Office
4. Linguistic skills: English & Arabic, French is a plus
