• Follow structured communication scripts for different scenarios.
• Understand customer needs, clarify information, and offer effective solutions.
• Build strong relationships and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately log all interactions in our call center system.
• Meet both quality and performance KPIs.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong command of English (spoken & written).
• Excellent communication and complaint-handling skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Able to adapt/respond to different personality types.
• Open to rotational shifts (including weekends).
• Live Chat experience is a must.
• Fast typing skills with high accuracy.
