Job Description
- Promote and communicate with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
- Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products
- Present product information and deliver benefits to end user.
- Reach out to doctors and other medical professionals through both offline and online means and develop constructive relationships.
- Build a strong network with a range of professionals including but not limited to doctors, pharmacists, and all other stakeholder e.g., purchasing managers.
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
- Keep detailed records of all contacts
- Manage round tables and group meetings for doctors
- Follow up the progress of Rx and sales at the relevant pharmacies.
- Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
- Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager
Job Requirements
- Graduate (Pharmacy, Science, Vet.).
- 0-1 years of experience as a medical sales representative or similar role Fresh graduates also welcomed.
- Familiarity with vitamins and food supplements
- Territory management skills
- Knowledge of MS Office.
