Job Description

  • Welcome visitors and customers
  • Responding to phone calls and emails
  • Carrying out all administrative tasks and office work
  • Ensure that the waiting office remains perfectly tidy and clean
  • Follow-up and ensure that the necessary office materials are available.
  • Training of support and supervision office personnel
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service
  • Dealing with complaints and customer requests consistently.
  • Supervising the distribution of internal mail and publications

Job Requirements

  • Ability to organize and arrange different tasks and set priorities.
  • Mastering the written and oral communication process.
  • Good knowledge of procedures for providing customer service as well as following up on the various books.
  • The ability to deal with various office devices.
  • Proficiency in providing solutions to the problems facing the work team among themselves or with customers.
