Job Description
Lead the design of technical solutions for complex banking and financial projects in the retail, corporate, and digital domains.
Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and business analysts to ensure system architectures meet the bank's requirements.
Oversee the integration of new solutions with existing banking infrastructure.
Evaluate current systems and provide architectural guidance on system enhancements, optimizations, and scalability.
Ensure all solutions align with regulatory standards, data governance, and security requirements.
Provide technical leadership in the selection and evaluation of new technologies, tools, and frameworks.
Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving core banking resilience and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; certifications in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate) are a plus.
Deep understanding of core banking systems and experience with digital banking solutions.
Strong knowledge of integration technologies, cloud platforms, and API management.
Proven experience in delivering solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
