Job Description
- Organize, coordinate, and manage with the supervisors the day-to-day operations of the job site.
- Implement management instructions for projects, services, and planned maintenance.
- Programming, scheduling, and assisting in budget preparation.
- Arrange for site inspection from time to time to monitor the standard of work and completion schedule.
- Manage and provide technical support for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire systems to the supervisors to execute the work effectively.
- Submit requirements and justifications for materials, tools, equipment, and manpower. Monitor for accuracy and variance.
- Prepare and submit quotations and estimates. Liaise with supervisors/technicians to ensure the accuracy of quotations and estimates.
- Liaise with the client and effectively manage all queries and complaints.
- Evaluate the performance and assist in the appraisal of employees.
- Flexible availability for 24/7 rostered standby duties and emergency call-outs.
- Assist in producing monthly and quarterly reports as required by the Facilities /Account Manager.
- Comply with all processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations) which include compliance with applicable rules and regulations of the local labor law
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a facilities manager or relevant position
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Mechanical or Electrical University degree in Engineering
- At least 5-7 years of field Experience
