Job Description
- Proven experience as payroll specialist
- Analyze and guide the team in processing all aspects related to payroll and benefits.
- Handle complex payroll issues effectively.
- Develop and enhance processes and systems related to payroll management.
- Deal with fingerprint programs and extract data periodically.
- Manage attendance and leave operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Monitor and manage records of leaves and penalties for employees.
- Provide regular reports to the company management regarding payroll performance and attendance information.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any field.
- Experience from 2 Years at least
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
