Job Description
- Manage the branch's workflow.
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
- Execute the branch Manager's daily instructions.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Maintain the store's standards to meet world-class standards.
- Supervise & Manage about 6-10 employees and workers in-store to make sure they are following their job descriptions.
- Handles customer's issues and complaints.
- Handles cash flow and issues receipts.
- Execute the company policies in-store & prepare daily reports to the administration.
Job Requirements
- Proven Cashier / branch management experience, is a plus
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Results driven and customer focused
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- BS in Business Administration or related field
- Maximum Age 37 Years
- Good communication skills to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
