Job Description

Job Purpose

To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet SMG objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of SMG.

Creating a demand for SMG product / service in the market which will generate Sales in the company & increase the company’s market share and in turn, provide the necessary revenue.

Key Accountabilities 

- Propose and implement yearly marketing plan and estimating the marketing budget for all brands for top management approval. 

- Ensure SMG Brands visibility though different media channels including and not limited to Digital Media, Printed Media, ATL, BTL, broadcasted, etc…through continues supply of information on the brand initiatives and activities according to the approved marketing budget.

- Supervise and determine the main specifications of Designs, product and installation  all marketing materials.

- Ensure the CI Sales offices (Branches), Showrooms and Service Centers for all brands and all new projects, Conduct Internal Audit and propose action plans to comply with mandatory CI requirements. 

- Ensure and supervise the data quality and Updates of CRM database

- Prepare and implement Porsche customer contact plan

- Report to stakeholders month , quarterly and yearly all marketing activities and events. 

- Text Marketing Management (website data update)

- Branding and Promoting SMG brand with all spare parts brands.

- Base on Marketing Survey and CSI index for all SMG customers,  analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.

- Responsible for people management in the Department, including:

o recruitment of qualified employees

o ongoing development and training for employees to meet the demands of the business

o performance assessments and development discussions conducted annually

o assessing staff satisfaction through employee surveys and feedback

- Support and promote a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and ongoing development of safety policies and procedures.

- Ensure that all employees are informed of the company’s vision and core values, financial position and performance, products and working methods.

- Develop the department culture based on the SMG values and mission, leading and motivating staff to achieve business objectives.

- Ensure the teamwork in cooperation with each other and the other departments through open and effective communication.

- Ensure that the department complies with all Company policies, procedures and processes as well as laws and regulations.

- Develop, Promote and work with SMG’s Standard Operating Procedures  to ensure uniform quality standards in all areas of the business

 

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills &Experience

Min 5 years of experience as marketing manager 

Suitable university certification preferred with marketing major

Fluent English and computer skills including main design software

Planning and organization skills 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good project management skills 

Creation and out of box ideas
