Job Description
- Design creative and unique patterns for women's printed scarves, with a strong focus on trends and aesthetics in the textile industry.
- Develop artwork that aligns with the brand’s vision and target audience, ensuring that each design meets production and printing specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure designs are optimized for print on fabrics.
- Research current trends in textiles and fashion to continuously innovate scarf designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs while introducing fresh concepts.
- Prepare print-ready files and ensure high-quality output for fabric printing.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in designing textiles, preferably for women's fashion accessories like scarves.
- Strong understanding of color theory, patterns, and fabric printing processes.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Ability to translate design concepts into print-ready formats for fabric production.
- Knowledge of current trends in textiles and fashion.
- Experience working with both blue-collar (production) and white-collar (design and management) teams.
