Job Description
- Design and implement security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and alarm systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate security measures.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate security systems into building designs and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement safety measures and protocols to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, fire safety protocols, and crisis management strategies.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on safety procedures and emergency preparedness.
- Perform security and safety assessments of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify potential threats and risks.
- Conduct investigations and incident reporting related to security breaches, accidents, and safety incidents.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to security and safety.
- Implement corrective actions and follow-up measures to address identified deficiencies or non-compliance.
- Develop and deliver security and safety training programs for employees, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct security awareness sessions to educate personnel on potential threats and preventive measures.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Security Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and safety engineering or a related role.
- Proven experience in security and safety engineering or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness.
