Job Description
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless systems).
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement robust network security measures to safeguard data and infrastructure.
- Provide support for VPN, VoIP, and remote access solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to optimize network architecture.
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and changes.
Job Requirements
- LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Network security and firewall management.
- Working with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG).
- Configuring Cisco, Fortinet, or Huawei devices.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, OSPF, and BGP.
- Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure/AWS).
- Understanding of ITIL incident/change management processes.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication (oral & written).
- Good presentation and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure during outages or incidents.
