Job Description
- Making BIM models from Shop Drawings, as-Built drawings, Site photos & sketches.
- Perform QA on model deliverables to ensure compliance with Owner’s BIM Standards.
- Audit and review models from all team members and sub consultants.
- Must be willing to handle multiple BIM projects simultaneously.
- Model on and use BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks etc.
- Knowledge about BIM standards.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering bachelor’s degree .
- Minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Solid experience with Revit / 3D Modelling.
- Experience with Coordination of services in 3D environment.
- Experience with LOD 400 BIM model creation (including supports & hangers) is a MUST
- Experience with LOD 400 Family creation is a MUST
- Navisworks is a MUST.
- Dynamo is optional.
- Knowledge with various mechanical/ Electrical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, low current, lighting, etc).
