Job Description
- Installing, upgrading and monitoring software and hardware components.
- Assisting with network administration.
- Resolving all IT support issues.
- Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
- Provide technical support for all IT equipment.
- Install and configure software programs.
- Support ERP systems.
- Act as the first line of support for IT users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- +10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge in CCTV systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
