Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a minimum of 5 years in the field to manage and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with local regulations, and efficiency in accounting practices.  

*Key Responsibilities:*  

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, statements, and reports.  
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.  
  • Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.  
  • Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.  
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, prepare tax filings, and liaise with tax authorities.  
  • Handle payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.  
  • Assist in preparing for and conducting internal and external audits.  
  • Continuously improve financial systems and processes.  
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.  
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles.  
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo) and Microsoft Excel.  
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, local regulations, and tax laws.  
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.  
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.  
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
