Job Description
Orion (TMG Subsidiary) is hiring an expert Senior Visual Designer who will implement various UI designs into our programs and software applications based on the need of users to ensure customers have an enjoyable experience using our products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design compelling custom graphic illustrations and icons for digital and print media.
- Create/improve brand assets library.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines.
- Vector-based import & export best practices.
- Design aesthetically balanced and branded presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote).
- Design layouts, typography, hierarchy, color theory, and other design principles.
- Design digital/online experiences using Figma, XD, Sketch, etc.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with the team and promote team alignment.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Visual/Graphic Design experience, having done multiple successful Projects.
- Experience in directing and mentoring designers.
- Graduate equivalent combination of education in a related field.
- Related fields include Graphic Design.
- Strong understanding of the brand and branding principles.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC (especially Illustrator & Photoshop).
- Proven collaboration, facilitation, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Innovative thinking, empathy, and a desire to continuously learn and evolve.
- Excellent at building consensus across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to create and maintain working relationships with a geographically distributed team.
- Work independently, keeping project timelines on track and showing the process.
