Job Description

QC follow up (raw materials QC, in process QC, final product QC).

-Conducting all available tests on the supplied powder coating and its conformity with the standard specifications. -Conducting all available tests on the supplied chemicals and their conformity with the standard specifications. -Conducting all available tests on the supplied production supplies and conforming them to the standard specifications. -Inspecting metals before preparing and treating them and determining the treatment method.

-Conduct chemical analyzes on chemical basins and adjust operating conditions according to the instructions of the company supplying the treatment chemicals. -Monitoring the drying oven and curing oven temperatures, performing a thermal curve test for each of them, reading and analyzing the curve and resetting the temperatures according to the specifications of the powder coating. -Follow-up of the hanging methods and their suitability for the metal pieces to be painted. -Measure the thickness of the paint as soon as it comes out of the paint oven and instruct the paint technician to increase or decrease the amount of powder coating.

Conducting tests on the final product such as (Measure the degree of color and conform to the standard by using of colorimeter, degree of gloss test, thickness test, cross cut test, bending test, impact test, polymerization test, wet adhesion test). -Follow up on packaging and delivery methods and work on solving customers' complaints. -Conducting a lot of activities related to the field of work .
