Job Description
- Responsible for the procurement of supplies and services required for the project management.
- Ensure that the purchase of materials and equipment is in accordance to the project specifications and budget.
- Implement the purchasing policies and procedures.
- Investigate potential suppliers and recommends those most desirable.
- Review the tender documents (Drawing, Specifications and bill of quantities) and insure that all the data that required for pricing are available in the documents.
- Propose enquires to specified and non-specified vendors and obtain quotations on time.
- Evaluate vendor’s proposals in compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and issue Purchase order (POs), Request for quotations (RFQs) and other related documents.
- Follow up orders with supplier to insure deliverable in the required dates.
- Negotiate prices and order terms and condition to meet the project budget and time frame.
- Submit reports and analysis to the management.
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- Very Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent technical report writing skills.
