Job Description
1. Responsible for the accounting and auditing of all types of inventory materials in and out of the warehouse, ensuring that the accounting treatment complies with accounting standards.
2. Track and record the company's inventory, including raw materials, in-transit materials, finished products and repairs, and maintain accurate inventory records by using ERP software to ensure the accuracy and availability of inventory.
3. Perform inventory work on time at the end of each month and master inventory skills
4. Responsible for organizing and archiving all inventory-related information and documents, including paper files and electronic files
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a junior accountant
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. Odoo)
- BSc/Ba in accounting, finance or relevant field
