Job Description
- Process Mapping by Value Stream Mapping Technique.
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of the Process Improvement project
- Innovative logistics solutions that address customer needs
- Responsible for using analytical and quantitative methods to carry out business process re-engineering.
- Analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing Operation activities.
- Transform business process digitalization /automation to streamline operations, and improve efficiency and achieve cost optimization.
- Lead 5S Projects to gain productivity increase and safe work place.
- Design and test new equipment by simulation programs
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years working experience in industrial Engineering and /or logistics /Quality Departments
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Proficient use of MS Office (word-excel-power point-Visio - Power BI).
- Knowledge of (Method study – RAS – Lean Manufacturing - 6 Sigma – TPM – Project Management – Solid Works – Supply Chain)
- Working knowledge of simulation program (Flexsim /Arena simulation) preferred
- Effective communication with all interested parties.
