- Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s different programs and products.
- Achieving sales targets and department goals.
- Monitoring telesales and moderation team performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Providing continuous reporting on sales forecast
- Coaching the team members and increasing their sales skills and performance.
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Updating all internal systems to properly track potential customer and customer contacts
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Setting sales quarter, annual and biannual plans.
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and ease internal communication
- Experience (DME) account is a must
- Ability to work from next week
- Excellent to fluent English speaker is a must
- Able to put business plan and follow up with the team performance
- Able to conduct coaching and monitor agents
- Experience in Vici is a plus
- Working hours from 3 PM to 12 AM
- Salary negotiable according to experience
