Job Description
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of procurement orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Conducts Comparison of different offers regarding price, quality, specification, and delivery.
- Contacting local suppliers for negotiations and contract managements.
- Determination of quantity and timing of the deliveries
- Monitoring and updating procurement orders as well as tracking of the costs and delivery dates to compare them with the agreements.
- Prepares forecasts on changes in the market prices.
- Monitors and coordinate deliveries of items/ materials with suppliers and ensure delivery on time.
- Maintains excellent working relationships with suppliers to ensure company needs are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering (Mechanical)
- Very Good English (written and spoken)
